Most platformer games. They are all kinda the same with a dumb story.

I'll just consider current gen games and say that the most meh game I played this year was Infamous Second Son.

Yes, the first one. The second is pretty god, but the first is soooooooooooooo meh... it even has a shmup stage.

Now that I think of it, Kirby's Dream Land on the same console is also pretty meh. And Battlefield 3's campaign (multiplayer was fun though)

Meh is for goats and sheeps, humans should stop using that word (if it's even a real word).

Alright then. Theres lots of games like this. Nowadays theres lots of hyped games that anyone can tell will fall on that category. Assassins creed, The last of Us and most of the triple A games released this year to be honest. It was all very "meh". We need fresh new ideas and not just complete rips from reality with expected gameplay.
