Good points so i guess we will see. It's true about word of mouth in the EU. People who had 360's gave into th hype of PS4 before it had good games and now that it does that is building and they're happy. 
People even going on about share play and the new Z3 being able to stream games for PS4. Things like that were never talked about regarding PS3. 

Yeah!! Remote play and Share Play are somehow features people really talk about (I never hear anything about music/tv/video etc.). Gamers (not nesecarily PS4 owners), when they see me with a xperia Z2 the first questions are always going to be about remote play and how it works. 

It is difficult to compare but I feel that everyone is talking about the system in the same way as they did with PS2. Only even more positive as launch issues have been limited in comparison with previous consoles and the library is much better than with the PS2 in it's first 12-15 months. 

agreed. and obviously the other things like netflix are used as well or the TV players to watch on demand. 

I compared PS4's first year Holiday sales with the Wii's from 2007, when I in fact should have compared it to Wii's numbers from 2010 - They are much more identical.

That's because Japan doesn't want PS4. 

If you add in PS2 Japan sales vs PS4 Japan sales the difference more than makes up for it. 

When FFXV, Persona, Dragon Quest Heroes and whatever other Japanese games come out they should finally start buying the damn thing.

In any case, PS4 is massive undertracked, so, probabily that my number was right.
