Yeah I could see it happening. Not sure why everyone keeps doubting this system in regards to sales. Its shown to be a stronger seller than the wii and Sony has proven they have more production capacity. In addition to that the system is still undertracked. I wouldnt be surprised if it did 21-22mil, just for the fact im predicting 20mil (always beats my expectations by at least a mil). People need to stop comparing this to other systems and saying it cant sell x amount for whatever reason. We are seeing gaming history in the making and this system is setting the new bar whether some want to admit it or not.

Well, it is currently heading towards 21 million SOLD.

Well it will be a slap to MS if they announce that Xbox One may have nearly shipped 10 Million but PS4 just passed 20 Million.

I think the ps4 will sell more than 20M, or very close.

We will probably get real numbers after Xmas.

We will have no clue, as this is Vgchartz. I stay conservative, knowing that the PS systems often get a lot of their sales from Q1-Q3 compared with most systems. While Nintendo and MS lately have had weak Q1-Q3 and very strong Q4.

Shipped numbers and official releases will reveal all though! So excited!

You are saying that the PS4 will sell almost 7 million consoles over the span of a month, with both of its competitiors aggresively slashing prices and having the bigger hits over the time period.
