An easy price for Sony to pay. This is why there isn't truth in advertising. It's so easy to lie (or distort the truth) and then pay a small penance later to those "in the know" enough to take advantage of the apology. In the meantime, who knows how many PS3s or Vitas were sold on that amazing promise.

Eh I could get the refund but I'm not gonna. It was more the developers fault for not including that capability in every game. Not a big deal and definitely not asking for a refund because of it.

Love when the goverment actually gets something right. I have a PS4 never got a VIta but i would be pissed if I got mislead like this.

Yea in EU sony is actually forced to give refunds for digital games. In the US it's no refunds at all.
