Looks like he probably won't be indicted.

Question is how will protesters react?

Well yea. I don't know what can happen or how out of hand it will get, but if previous events are any indication, it could get pretty bad.

I just wanna know if he shot the kid 6 times to the head like Rosie O'Donnell was ranting about.

People in anonymous masks are in the crowd. I wonder if the KKK wants to face off with them.

Nope, no indictment

Today's just been a spectacular day, hasn't it :-/

The police are supposed to be public servants and aren't supposed to be carrying out executions.  Its not acceptable.  There are cases where police hae shot black men on the gound, handcuffed.  The video is online.  When you see things like this, the obvious reaction is outrage.

That was not the case here though look at the evidence. The initial eyewitness reports were false.

This wasn't an execution though. From the sounds of it, seems more like self-defense to me. Wilson defending himself from Brown.

Brown was unarmed.  Thats the issue here.  There are was to subdue people without killing them.  Either way, no one like to here of public servants killing unarmed people.  Its just not okay.   I wasn't there and I don't know what happened, but the isn't the first time an unarmed man has been killed by the police.   In the black community, they see a huge disparity in these incidents and that is worth talking about.  In a mature manner.   Listenting to the President who is speaking now, he makes a good point.  People need to remain peaceful, and find constructive ways to channel their fustration.

There's no evidence to convict Wilson on the charges. Just like the Trayvon Martin case people get emotional and jump to conclusions. You want some real American judicial travesties see the OJ Simpson trial, Lizzie Borden trial, and George Stinney trial. The Stinney trial is one of the saddest things you will ever know, so click the link at your own risk.

Yes police violence does need to be talked about, but creating these false narratives does not help. Saying he was "unarmed" is propaganda at this point.
