Germany sales by 16 Aug:

XBO: 170,000

VGC: 178,000

...XO is undertracked in the UK, but is overtracked in Germany, and in the US too.

I can say this is 100% truth in Spain and Portugal. Xbox Two/ WiiUWe could be the greatest thing ever in the History of Mankind, that as long as Sony still makes Playstation, they both would be largely irrelevant.

Most likely they are nowhere close to 10 million shipped but were desperate to release good news.

And the PS4 surpassed 10 million sold over three months ago.

I don't think you know how PR works. Nearly 10 Million != 10 Million. Nearly 10 million just means 5 million < Numbers < 10 Million

Just take the OP and replace UK with Germany and Xbox One with PlayStation 4 and we have an anti-toastboy thread.

I very much doubt Xbox One is heavily undertracked in EU countries, The UK is pretty much the only place in the EU that actually buys them. 1 million undertracked? not a chance.

They didn't ship 'about' 10 million units. They've shipped 'nearly'. Which could mean anything between 5 million and 9.9 million.

Are we comparing the UK market with the mainland Europe market? Lol! The difference between what's popular between the UK and mainland Europe is huge, you should never say that a console might be undertracked or overtracked in mainland Europe because it is undertracked or overtracked in the UK.
