I hope you've also been whining the same about Nintendo's billion rereleases/updates over the last decades.

Why dont we all just agree remasters are good at adopting a healthy console install base, thus resulting in more/better games from publishers in years 3&4, otherwise we'd have a wii u third party situation, where publishers leave cause of console sales

Your answer is feburary!
It does seem likely there'll be an Uncharted collection on PS4. It would just have too many gains for Sony for them not to do it. Would be a great title to release April/May next year when there's a little bit of a drought
They may have removed it to avoid confusion.
Don't copy random editorials.

Collection is for the gamers who came from Xbox360 and Wii and its not for everyone. If you really want some next gen games then look at the list(i know you already know and just trying downplay ps4).
Bloodborne
Order1886
Tomorrows children
Rime
Uncharted 4
Tearaway unfolded
Ratchet and Clank Reboot/Remake
Alienation
DriveClub
and many more from 3rd party.
So, Feel Emotions, Experience Adventure/Action, Challenge Game, Solve puzzles and Have fun.
PlayStation is about all-round "New experiences" using new IP's to provide great diversity for everyone.
Xbox is always about Online and Shooting.
Nintendo is always about Fun games and milking IP's.
