So Bayo 2 starts at about 11-15K. If we're going to look at a roughly comparable (i.e. action melee based combat) recent game that would be Shadow of Mordor. It looks like Bayo 2 will get about as much first week as SoM did week 3 on PS4. But considering Wii U is almost 1/4 of the install base the attach rate for Bayo 2 on Wii U week 1 is almost the same as the PS4 attach rate for SoM on its week 1.
Based on the SoM comparison for the UK, I'm going to estimate that Bayo 2 will do about the same numbers as SoM did on its week 2. that's on the basis that in the USA it looks like bayo 2 will do about doube what SoM did in it's week 2, but in Europe (if UK is anything to go by) it will do about 1/2 of what SoM did on its week 2. So about 175K perhaps a wee bit more.
So absolute numbers-wise Bayo 2 is not looking all that good, but attach rate-wise it's actually done OK. It could get to 50K lifetime in the UK, which would be not too bad all things considered.
Drive Club holding up remarkably well. When will the server issues be completely sorted? No sign of the free PSN+ version anywhere, and that's the only version I'm likely to get.
A substantial drop for The Evil Within, given it started pretty low. A lower start than SoM and a bigger drop.
Both Xb one and PS4 benefited from something with Fifa 15. So expect hardware for both systems to be up quite a bit this week.
