I saw 360 above because there was no X1 data in the September position lmao.

So yes, ~285k > 260k.

That's still actually pretty terrible TBH. The 360 didn't come with one or two free games in September 06 lol.

"PS4 US LTD since August 10th ~= 681k

At 34% US|WW Ratio, WW sales of PS4 between August 11th and October 4th would be ~2003k, a little over 2M

At 38% US|WW Ratio, WW sales of PS4 between August 11th and October 4th would be ~1792k

So likely the PS4 either approached or surpassed 12M sold through WW as of the beginning of October"

lol this Generation Microsoft desperately wishes was Gen7 I think.

I can see the MCC and this Gears collection selling REALLY well to the core Xbox fanbase, but not moving huge numbers of people over otherwise. MCC will be the ultimate test. If they can't win November, then Gears collection has no chance on earth to do much for them (other than some tasty game sales and fill some blanks in the lineup).

It's definitely over 12 million by now. VGC is undertracking it massively. I think by the next official update, this site will off by 1 million+, unless they adjust.

I bet this is the final Forza Horizon title. Kind of a shame considering the reviews were pretty positive and feedback seems solid.

I think it's from having a mainline Forza released SO close to this one, less than a year, and Forza was heavily bundled. They should have pocketed it for a dead month imho.

15 million by year's end was always doable. It's the 17-20 million that has now become more interesting.


15  million is locked! PS4 sold 4,2 millions only with half november + full december and a huge supply constraint.

 

If neogaf's math is right, PS4 is already at 12 million consoles sold and we have october+november+december to sell 3 million consoles.

 

imho if sony be able to make enough hardware,PS4 can easily sell 5-6 million consoles this holiday.(which would put PS4 at the 18-19 million)

Agreed, Supply will be the only thing holding them back this year.
