Despite looking fun and receiving a positive review from us, the launch for The Last Tinker: City of Colors on PlayStation 4 wasn’t kind to developer Mimimi Productions, as low sales of the game have contributed to the game being put on hold for Xbox One.

The developer confirmed this news last month on Twitter when someone asked about the status of the game on Xbox One:

Sorry Kyle, but for now we’ve decided to stop working on the Xbox One version.

Mimimi expanded on this by listing the reasons:

Sales are too low for PS4, Xbox One has significantly less units out there, we have to port ourselves, Sim-Ship-issues.

Stuff happens if you don't know how to marketing.

Was this game even marketed? The only time I heard about this game was when this news came out. I've also never seen it in the PSN Store being promoted.

Has anyone tried this? Is it any good? Didn't hear about it until recently when I read a similar article a week ago or so. I'd gladly give it a go.

On a serious note, I never heard of this game. Gonna have to find some reviews. Looks colorful and I like colorful.

I've never even heard of it until now.

From what I've read, it's a mediocre game with mediocre reviews and non-existant promotion.
Anything else than poor sales would have been a miracle.

I don't think many XOne owners will be saddened by this news.

Do you genuinely not see the differences between these two situations?

In that topic I've seen people using stuff like Heavy rain as a example, to me D4 and this one are way closer.
