As of now according to VGcgartz he is wrong. 94k the week after Destiny.

Not anymore it is now back at 109,730 after Xbox One reached 1 million in the UK: http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=193705&page=1 (ioi made adjustments after the announcement) so he is correct.
