Actually why are we having thid discussion everytime a WiiU game is about to launch?

agreed it wont boost HW to anything meaningful but as for its LT i could see it landing in the 500-1M range but to get past 1M like 1.5 or 2M no dont think it will hit those marks

Well its getting +1 from me.

Didn't buy the first one just for an fyi. Yes I know many who did buy first will not buy this due to its console. Also the consoles total userbase is not the greatest. But it has at least 1 sale from me and I hope it does a million.

Thus far, this game hasn't even sold more than 1 million on the Xbox360 and barely broke 1 million on the PS3. 

My guess is that it'll sell about 350k in the 1st week but won't break 1 million lifetime.

So let's sumarize your stupid "logic":

bayonetta sold 2m copies as a new IP, 1.1m on ps3 and 0.9m on x360.

bayonetta 2 is no longer a new IP, it's exclusive to wii u (meaning sales converge to a single platform), got more media atention than the first ever dream to and is even coming with the first game included.

Yet you think it will magically sell less than each individual version of the first game? boy, nintendo haterism at it's finest.

Bayonetta 2 will be bought by a % of people who bought the first game, some ps360 owners who didn't get the first but are now interested in the sequel AND nintendo fans. the nintendo fans alone would already guarantee 1m+ ltd sales, and it has the potential for 2m+.

Now, everyone deal with it and get the crow ready.
