First of all: AMAZING game, best horror experience ever. Also, you HAVE TO use the PS4 headset with the microphone on.

It is actually really simple. Go to the clock (just because it is pretty safe there), wait till midgnight, wait till the ghost stop moaning, walk, REALLY SLOW to the radio (around 10 steps), go back to the phone REALLY SLOW: first laugh. (The key is the slow walk, since the game wants you to be scared).

Now, go to the clock once more (cause it is safe there) and talk or scream into the headset, really loud, or use this video to make the game think you are screaming:

Just talking or screaming did not work for me, but the goats videos never failed. When the game hear you screaming, you get the second baby laugh.

Go to the phone, the controler will vibrate,  do not move, maybe try to focus on it without failing (some people say this part is not needed). It will laugh once more and then the phone will ring.

If you screw any part of it, cross the reset door and do once more, but it is really easy if done right and the goat video works like a charm.

Follow my steps, it will not take more than 3 minutes, also, you do not have to do anything else, not pics, no possession, just what I said.

I dont think yelling is 100% right.. there is an audio trigger, but what sets it off could be anything., because i never had to do anything more then talk at normal level.

and the Walking slow part, Just count 10 steps and itll go. dont need to go in the bathroom. Ive had it trigger anywhere in the final stage.

also when the controller vibes, you dont need to focus, just dont touch anything. I left mine on my lap and it worked. (there were other times i got a vibe and if i so much as moved it stopped and failed)

Yeah, but the headset and making some noises is the key part, right? you could play forever without the headset and it woul never ring. I tried for 6 hours without the headset and there is no way to do it. With the headset it took me 5 minutes.

So what happens when you solve it??

yup, the headset is the missing link and why he said you should play it with a headset lol   i tried for 2-3 hours 2 nights ago,  and last night got it within an hour,   The vibe messed up a few times for me,   thats why i eventually just set it on my lap lol

You get a very deep feeling of acomplishment. Also, you see SILENT HILLS trailer =D
