Usually they start releasing blurays close to the season end and then a few episodes per release. The full bluray release is usually available by the end of the following season. In the case of Tokyou Ghoul, that's December 26th.

I don't know if I am allowed to ask this on here, but I have recently just finished watching the first five dubbed seasons of Case Closed/Detective Conan, does anyone know where I could find season 6 onward subbed? I have found a few places but the subs were horrible.
