View from my window, yesteday was blue skies, today is a thick sauce of impending doom.

Because of the location (up on a hill) will be moving temporarilly to our old place in a slightly better (storm wise) location later today for the sake of saftey.

Humid as hell, foggy and wet, not a single bit of wind right now, all the hallmarks of a really bad situation brewing.

Wow, that does look pretty bad. Is there a bunch of traffic with people evacuating?

That pic made me think of Persona 4 .

By the time the typhoon gets to the manufacturing plants, it will be much weaker.

Plus infrastructures are better prepared agains typhoons than tsunamis.

I live in Tokyo and I'm not too worried about it.

Hope you're right, but i'm not taking any chances.

I actually just sat through the super typhoon, it was pretty bad, but my power didn't go out. Played payday 2 through it. Lasted two days in okinawa.

didn't they say something like:
"only a natural disaster can put TV's in red this year"

yeah japan isnt the place i would base my headquarters with every natural diaster known to man being in that small part of the world. its partly the same reason i would never live on the west coast of the USA.

@Harkins stay safe! those are powerful storms and i haven't been in anything that strong the weaker ones are pretty crazy. hopefully you dont lose power, it sounds like your power grids are better from what i have read in this thread.

They said it about the TVs. Not even an asteroid would make the PS division bleed money with the PS4 selling like it is.

Unless an asteroid that wipes out humanity hits Earth :P

All workers would be dead and there wouldn't be any bill (eletricity, water) to pay without nobody here. They wouldn't profit but wouldn't lose money too!!

Thats what people get for having an attitude like that :)

Reminds me of how some people made a huge ship and called it Titanic. Didnt work out that well did it? ;)

On other news, storms 8 hours out but still high winds and torrential rain across western kanagawa
