They can be, but I was getting to invested in them, playing games I didn't even care about just for some plats.

Amen. Learned to say "fuck 'em" on PS3 after I released I wasn't having fun trying to earn certain trophies. Continue to ignore trophies/achievements on PS4/Vita/PC. If it's not an enjoyable time, I'm not gonna put in the time.

It was an annoying achievement but it was needed for me to platinum it lol. It should have been silver and the one with play 5 city games should have been bronze instead.
