last week numbers might look like 50-70k PS4 and 40-60k Xb1 giving us totals of 185-205k for PS4 and 130k-150 for xb1

compared to last months NPD of 115k and 200k its decent increase for xb1 and ps4 dropping slightly or the same with MS announcing a big price drop coming this month and sony having WD being the preferred platform with its ads and graphical advantage greater rez, better AO, less or no screen tearing and better FPS

Why does vgc keep overtracking the Xbone in the Us, every week without fail.

Looks alright I guess. Damn these filler weeks between releases :P

If I said these numbers back in 2007-2008 people might think I am crazy.

I've heard from people of other forums that the dude running this site is a giant Xbox fanboy. According to them, it would look pretty bad if the Xbone was only doing 20k/week in the USA and below the 40k sales range WW. The amount of "DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM" threads would flood every single gaming site on the net.

Pre-Mario Kart Numbers. Might see Wii Us jump to 6.6 or 6.8 for post-Mario Kart Numbers, hell even 7 million, but that's a stretch

I dont really think that PS4 is going to do less than last month. According to BenV it seemed to be tracking higher and much better...

So I expect at least a 20-30k boost, so cant see it doing less than 220 in USA for PS4. Now XBO, hmm i really dont know.

So as always I think i will wait for NPD before getting excited or not at the figures, seem off again to me.

Dat Sony hardware legs! Next week though it stands no chance. Wii U is already ahead in Japan and US without Mario Kart. Europe will fall behind next week.

benV said ps4 should be up MoM and xbone down MoM.  he also said mlb the show moved a decent amount ofconsoles. sony also said mlb the show had it biggest launch ever. vgcz disagrees on all accounts.  i trust ben over vgcz.  oh, ben also said WD sold mostly to existing next gen owners but software sales were huge, ubi said WD had the biggest first week of any of their games.  i assume vgcz will disagree with that as well. 

I would bet that the X1 is so overtracked in NA and maybe a little in Europe that it would be possible that PS3 outsold X1 for this week. We haven't forgot that the drop after Kinectless reveal should occur. So or the announcement haven't made much effect (and maybe even kinectless one won't make a difference as well) or we are still overtracking X1, since in April the average was 25k per week, and after the announcement it should drop to at least 20k, making X1 go bellow PS3.
