it wont let me copy and paste the txt but basically saying its the budgets and schedules that will get closer, and not the graphics gap. That gap would be "physically impossible" to close

Yea, thats true without a doubt... You can optimize the software till the cows come home but if there is a hardware limitation, it just won't be able to keep up

Of course, optimized software > unoptimized software which can always lead to performance improvements but if both the ps4 and x1 are near the same level of optimization anyway, it won't matter
