USA have been off the grids lately as well.. for us who is in the middle.. we don't trust either of you.. Ofc i am leaning to the governments. But i am definetly voting for both Russia and US to work together on the ISIS case though! and we will join and kick ass like warriors!

If Russia hadn't vetoed an intervention of the UN in Syria we wouldn't be in this mess in the first place.

This song sums up what I think of Russia.

Well, first, if Russia hadn't vetoed NATO intervention to Syria, then ISIS will be at the Syria president chair, supported by USA.

Second, I've looked thru the song... and I can't understand, how's it connected to Russia at all.

And all of a sudden anyone gives a crap about whatever UN have to declare? Like in Iraq? Or for that matter res.1973, which was numerously times violated, and in reality was considered a green light to do whatever by all interested parties? Or res.1244, pretty much the same? Neither of which lead to an end of a mess in respective countries, if not made it worse. Am I the only one who have memory longer than a hamster does? That's probably because Russia vetoed it! That must be the game changer.

I'm not sure what the problem with ISIS in there or rather how media justifies it. What I'm sure is as long as it causes the mess no real actions will be taken against them. That'd be the logic of the moment.

Hint: the majority of the Russians are phobic of it. ;)

Russia is a country led by gangsters and its policies reflect that.

Too bad the threat of nuclear weapons prevent any sort of hard action taken against Russia. If there was ever a state that deserved to be dismantled it's Russia.

For the record, I'm not pro-American either. Their invasion of Iraq in 2003 was unjustified and only caused more problems for the region, even to this day. Now that an invasion of Iraq and Syria is finally justified, not a single country does a thing. Airstrikes alone aren't going to solve this conflict.

Well, Russia is bad, USA is bad too. I think China and Muslim countries are bad for you too. Tell me good sir, what is good for this world?

seriously? you think installing ISIS as the rulers in Syria would solve the issue? Really?? You can't replace a bad regime with an even worse one and expect good results.

You know, some people just can't understand that
the 'noble Syrian rebels' fighting against 'bloody tyrant Assad' and supported/financed by West one year ago and
the 'terrible ISIS muslim terrorists' who cut people's heads now - are actually the same people/organisations.

There is one question I would like to ask the Russian leaders.

Why do you think so many of the old Soviet and Warsaw Pact countries now want to be EU and Nato members?

that is a rather amusing statement since there is a lot of sentiment from many in the EU that would prefer to leave it. Even in the U.K polling showed something close to half of the population would vote to leave the EU if given the choice. I think it is more a case of the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence, especially if you are a country that is has instability or a troubled economy.

I've only heard that from the UK wanting a vote about their EU membership and leaving EU would be a bad decision, bad for them and bad for EU. And there's definitely someone in the non-EU countries who thinks that everything will get better if they just join EU.

My main thought behind that question before was "why do they feel a need to join the defence aliance NATO?"
