LOL that would be the biggest slap to the face to PS fans. They waited all this time for a remake only for it to come on a console that never even had it in the first place.
OT: I won't believe it until I see it. There's always someone saying it is happening but it's never developed any further than rumours.
Would it really make its money back? I think SE would need to have a "funding partner". FF isn't the franchise name it once was, and there's no guarantee that a remake would sell nearly as well as the original. If the Tomb raider reboot struggled to break even with >4 million in sales, then SE would need to be extremely confident of getting up to the 8-9 million sales level to make it worth considering a re-make.
