Disclaimer: If you're one of those naive and delusional person who still didn't get on the page, and believe that the Wii U is not doomed, please don't intervene because this is a topic that goes further than that.

So, like most people who are gamer and hate the Wii U, I love Nintendo and have had most of their console since the Snes. And what made Nintendo stands out from other competitor (except Sega back before the Dreamcast) is that they also had one of the best roster of game IPs.

And it wasn't just about high quality  that NONE of the Nintendo game have achieved since Super Mario Galaxy (you don't imagine the talent, level design, and craft that got into the making), it was also about strong images.

Now the problem is Nintendo, under the pressure of the Wii U failure (all the publisher have understood it, that's why there's and there won't be worthy new third party exclusives) and the slower than expected selling 3DS is doing the worst of all mistake: they're ruining their IPs.

Mainly by doing TWO commong bu fatale mistake for the appeal/future sales but also the IPs quality:

1. Milking

Mario
there's already 3 super mario, New Super Mario Bros. U (which sold a decent but low 2,7M with the launch), Super Mario 3D World (barely sold 0,7M) and even New Super Luigi U (barely sold 0,6M) unit

Other Mario franchises
Usually you would have to wait for a few years before having the ONE Mario Kart game, Super Smash Game, Mario Olympics, except for Mario Party which I believe died out with Mario Party 9 (that barely sold 0.9M...on Wii)

Now there's already a Mario Kart Wii U coming, knowing that Mario Kart Wii sold 34M which the Wii U console hasn't even sold yet, there's already a Super Smash Bro, knowing that Brawl has sold 12M units, and another Mario vs Sonic Soichi 2014 Olympic Game (wow what a long title...)

Donkey Kong
Donkey Kong Country Returns was already a letdown, a nice letdown but still and it only sold 6M on Wii.

Well they need to step-up their game, instead they're ALREADY releasing a Donkey Kong Country Tropic Freeze, while the Wii U has not even sold 6M...

Zelda
There was only one nez Wii Zelda game (Skyward) and it barely sold 6M.

Now they released a GAMECUBE game which happenned to be cel-shading so the only to be easy to remaster, althought it's 2013 and it works on any Macbook, as beautiful, with Dolphin+Textures. They barely sold 0,5M

And they just announced what Nintendo would've never done: a Dynasty Warrior Zelda knock-off....

Metroid
The first Metroid Prime was great. The second was okay. All the others ruined the serie because: milking. The worse they could do is make another Metroid FPS and they already announced one...

2. Low quality

It's simple, with a console as weak as the Wii U and a concept as lame as the touch pad, they can't push the game further like they always did. So not only are they milking their franchise way faster and more than they did on Wii, but they're releasing cheap sub-versions and knock-offs of their games.

THIS is what is making Nintendo IPs completely loose image and appeal although that's exactly the contrary they need after the Wii. And Pikmin 3 is no better, it only impresses the (kids, naive, ignorant, weak minded...I don't know?) people who support the Wii, but to most people it just looks like Pikmin 2 (which is a gamecube game btw).

The only good game, the only one I want a Wii U for, is Wonderful 101 which failed in sales but is exactly the effort Nintendo should be making at a launch period.

If your reasoning for Nintendo being doomed only goes to two points, your list fails. Not only that, but those two points are horrible reasons.
To the "milking" point: To some extent you can blame ANY major developer of "milking." Nintendo isn't really "milking" their franchises, I think. At least not with the context that they are just putting out games to put out games and are running the franchises dry because of it. There are many games Nintendo doesn't release because it doesn't live up to their level of quality. This doesn't mean Nintendo doesn't release bad games, but it does mean that the games they do release tend to be well polished.

#2 reason is not objective at all. It's purely subjective and shows how "anti-Nintendo" you are. You think the Wii U is so "weak" but that term is relative to begin with. The power of the system isn't what is going to sell it. If it were, PS4 would have been as powerful as they could make it. It's not. Also you call the concept of the touch pad lame, but that's a dumb way to put it. The PS4 controller has a "touch pad." If it were so lame and if being "weak" is a reason it is low quality, the PS4 is low quality by extension of your dumb logic.

Also, you must have a misconception of Nintendo games if you think Nintendo games was ever about "pushing" the game further. Nintendo games were never about pushing power.

For a nintendo fan you seem to post lots of negative comments about them. Seen you on other threads as well. Forums are awful at the moment.

So having ONE Smash Brothers on each console generation and ONE Mario Kart is considered milking? Say, do you consider Halo, Uncharted, Gran Turismo etc. milked franchises?

Pikmin 3 looking like a GameCube game? LOL yeah, sure. Maybe If you look at Youtube footage at 240p, but even that would be a stretch.

New Super Luigi U is DLC for New Super Mario Bros. U, thus they are considered to be one game. That makes one 2D and one 3D, so I don't see any milking there. At this point, there's only been one New Super Mario Bros. game per console.

DKCR a letdown? Many consider it one of the best 2D platformers of all time. And finally getting a fifth entry in a series running since 1995 (or something) is considered milking now? Wow.

You keep saying "this and that sold that much on that console and now they're releasing it's sequel on the Wii U even though the hardware didn't sell that much yet". Well how is the hardware supposed to sell if you don't make games for it? Wouldn't it be a good idea to release sequels to successful games on a new system to keep that system going? Would you rather have them wait until a userbase builds up out of nowhere? If you want Nintendo to go out of business, that's a good idea, but otherwise it's lunatic.

Your "weak Wii U" point would make sense if Wii had had the power of PS3 or 360, but they can certainly do things differently than Wii with the Wii U

There is good game on all console

Ps4 is nice
Xboxone is nice
Wii u is nice

So buy the one you like the most and shut up
