3DS bought at launch rate it about 80 atm, with all the big hitters coming it will only go up

VITA not yet. but maybe soon like within the next couple days.

I own both,
Vita at (or close) launch
3DS this summer because of AC:NL and pokemon.

Vita is my main HH because of the easy multi-tasking, the badass screen and the sleep mode wich makes it very easy to hop into a game and back out.

Vita hardware puts 3DS hardware to shame, but 3DS software puts Vita software to shame.

That's my opinion. Not going to put a number here.

Edit: and the OS of the vita is also amazing! 

I own both but to be honest 3DS is the only sytem that I actually use. PSV outlook seems pretty poor if you aren´t into loli games aimed for otakus since Sony really slowed down their own support significantly.

I have a 3ds but seriously, the 3ds hardware is perfect for me, no way vita can put it to shame.

Bought both within a few months of launch but I have hardly played either for the time I have had them. I still dont have a 3DS game since I mainly bought it for DS games so I can't honestly rate it. As for the Vita I would rate it an 80. I just started putting a decent amount of time in it and the library is starting to come together.
