Why didn't they make as many Xbox Ones as PS4s?

Yield issues or they thought this was all they were going to sell and they didn't want the negative PR of it not selling out? They have plenty of money to produce enough units, especially with the absurd amounts they are throwing at adverts

microsoft isn't going to go and sell more they have spares for problems to return and they still give problems.as did sony but sony only released in NA which is making it more orginized and since they have alot of the fan base in eurpoe and australia they figured they would get out as many as possible then go there after and have 2 extra weeks of manufacturing...

sony had a back order of 2.4 m in north america consoles 2 days ago so good luck geting one for a long time. I really hope they speed up the kids in china me and my friends a and supose to play and they think they will get one on christmas. doubts. not sure about xbox back orders all i know is the stores around me were selling less then the ps4 10 less each in best buy,furure shop,ebgames,target,walmart,etc im really not sure why... selling 1m consoles around the world vs just in NA was a dumb move by microsft.

unless they knew this cd disk problem was intimate and the green screen. so they figured they would start manufacturing raplacements. who knows but the amount of videos on youtube im sure a beta tester must of known.but he was low on the chain so know one gave 2 fucks. .
