People said that the WiiU had no games after launch ut simply look at PS4 and XB1 post launch holiday line-ups and even the launch line-ups

WiiU: Launched with 37 games and had no games for 64 days post holiday (drought lift was The Amazing Spider-Man)

PS4: Launches with 22 games and will have no games post holiday for 57 days (drought lft is Theif)

XBONE: Launches with 27 games and will have no games for 51 days (drought lift is Theif)

Now let's look at time between launch and first exclusive:

WiiU: Launched on November 18th and waited until March 18th for first exclusive 102 days of waiting

PS4: Launched on November 15th and will wait till March 21st for first exclusive 108 days of Waiting

XBONE: Launches on the 22nd and will wait till  a release date is announced or until March 11th with 91 days if you consider Titanfall to be exclusive

Xbox Gamers are the Luckiest in terms of drought in general while Nintendo gamers are the luckiest in terms of exclusive drought

This is not meant to attack any console but to showthan WiiU got attacked for no reason (when compared to the others) and that people aren't seeing this simply because of the hype

It looks like drive club is releasing on the 22nd so PS4 is actually ahead by about 23 days from WiiU in exclusives and 10 days in general. Good for PS4

I suspect PS4/X1 owners are more likely to be happy playing multiplatform titles. I don't think the exclusive drought will mean much for these consoles.

WiiU lanches without the ability to play 8th gen games, and doesn't showcase any graphical prowess over the much cheaper, and already established, PS3 and xbox.

Saying it is down to simply how many games are out is just wrong. People here are really clutching at straws trying to big up the WiiU.

As for downloadable games. They have been the main highlight of 2013 for me. Hotline Miami has blown me away.

There will be plenty of downloadable games on both the PS4 and Xbox One, also they will have plenty of third party support so there will be plenty of games for people to play...
