Forums - General Discussion - what web browser do you use?

Firefox. I used Chrome/Chromium for a while, but a few years ago, the releases started breaking things on my laptop, and I went back to Firefox. No plans to go back again.

Opera 12 but I need to find a new one but everything looks crap (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc).

Used to use Chrome for a few years then I switched back to Firefox.

Opera used to be my main browser, but since the move to webkit (I think), it hasn't been the same .

Most browsers will use WebKit now.

Safari, Konqueror = WebKit
Chrome, Opera = Brink (a WebKit fork... they just removed the code related to Mobile from the WebKit)

There are more browsers using WebKit.

Funny is that the dated Presto used in Opera 12 yet renders pages better than the WebKit.

We'll always have Firefox... and Internet Explorer (it isn't half as bad as it used to be).

IE is not a option here (Linux )

I liked the Firefox until version 3 I guess... after that the development gets confused and started to move backward.

The Digital Foundy imagem comparison tools didn't works on Firefox.

Those tools that work with some browsers but not in others also bothers me.

Most, if not all, the browsers now use the same standards. Why can't web masters develop their tools using them? It's kind of a joke, but a very bad one.

Chrome for browsing, Firefox for work because it has Endnote Web set up.
