Fascinating.  Record-shattering launch inc, in that case.  It'll be far less than 2M, though.  They won't ship them that fast - they'll ration the supply wisely to boost the console's image as a must-have, hard-to-find item.  And so they don't actually run out.

No. With "starting from 1 million at the most" I mean it should start with 800k, 900k, or at the most 1 million. I know there are at least one million preorders but that may include preorders from the countries in which PS4 isn't launching this year. So day one sales may not pass one million but if you add them up it will definitely be above one million of course.

I definitely agree, PS4 will be frontloaded. I expect a similar sales beheavior to GTA 5. Half of the total sales in the first week.
