Dr Grass is from South Africa, I understand (though don't agree with) his emotions. In South Africa, the ANC/Most blacks insist on blaming the countries problems on the white minority from the apartheid era. Similar to other African countries but not as bad as there's a much smaller domestic white presence. Even though there are certain things among white SAs that I don't like, such as frequent use of Afrikaans on "African" portals (IGN, PCFormat) or how they have insane value on land which they more or less got for free (.i.e murdered and killed) they are NOT responsible for most of the countries problems. Just like Britain and the "Imperialists" are not responsible for Zimbabwe problems, even though Britain failed to honor the Lancaster Agreement Zim could have handled things in a much cleaner less extreme fashion.

In regard to science, history is told by the Victor. West loves singing its praises and while there's no denying their contributions acting like they are the alpha and omega is just f@#king retarded. Truth be told whichever society has been dominant over millenia has contributed significantly to science, the most recent just happens to be Europe that heavily built off foundations laid down from the Middle East and Asia. As it stands Asia is steadily taking that crown back, further more its silly to think modern technology is the result of one demographic as the most innovative companies of today employ the best and brightest from all over the world and contrary to popular belief they aren't all Asian.

I do agree with Grass that black people need to take more responsibility. Not play the blame game but damn well get reparations where due no doubt. As for the white demographic have more babies, don't complain otherwise. And you lot are the ones ploughing through the worlds resources at a silly rate so don't come down here talking about birth control, sort yourselves out first.

melanin doesn't define a person or their culture and is an antiquated concept of identity. Who cares if people with less of a pigment in skin become less common.

1. White people have always been a minority of the world's population.

2. By colonizing, neo-colonizing and invading other countries, white people are the ones who brought immigrants in their own country, especially the US that is built on immigration

3. White people were un-evolved barbaric tribes 500 years ago (the dark ages), while human civilizations have existed and developed for 50,000 of years. So they're just a detail in History, and in 500 other years they'll be a spoiled minority like the other were. It's History cycle.

Egyptians re-discovered electricity, and discovered Microwaves. (the Biggest Pyramid of Egypt would shoot Microwaves in the sky, by mixing 3 different materials in 3 of the 4 shafts)

And it was a Black person (African-American), who carbonized the Light Bulb, which is the only reason why all of Science & Technology has advance this far, otherwise we wouldn't even be this far in our current advancements. And that pure Black person is the reason why our Homes have decent lighting, and why we have such Cities as Las Vegas & Paris, and I could go on & on about how much this one Black person (100% African-American biologically).

And the last time I checked, the U.K. Couldn't conquer jack and was being overthrown in Countries they had conquer, which is why they just forfeited the remaing Countries they had wrongfully ruled over, before they made more enemies. Besides, you are probably not British anyways.

Why would proportions of people being born matter matter? The essential is in that each person that IS born has a good life. 

People should have as many children as they want and can properly take care of. The glorification and personnification of collectivities is an unhealthy obsession, it's even worse if you start making it into a competition. 

As long as they are happy, why would it matter if the next generation is smaller than the previous? 

Every person must be seen as an individual, and evry individual has equal right to exist. Don't treat people as a cattle breeds. 

Populations, ethnicities, come to be, evolve and disapear. But in contrary to the people that compose them, they have no feelings, thoughts or rationality - ultimately, their fate is irrelevant.

Also, just as a reminder, there are currently more caucasian white individuals than there were total people 200 years ago. Not exactly dying off there.

I am by the way for macroplanning the populations of rural Africa, let's say - make sure that there aren't more children than the land can feed. But the finality of these actions must always be protection and/or the hapiness of individuals, not in the name of a supposed greater entity.
