Thing is, Kinect is part of the core experience itself. If you remove it you're taking out an integral part of the set.

Which games uses Kinect on Xbone?

Sorry but not... the core experience is not based on Kinect... it is just an acessory.

Doesn't the controller require the camera on PS4 for all the functions to work? So it is forced if you want everything you are paying for. Isnt that just as anti-consumer? If you want to play online multiplayer, you have to have PS+. So you are again forced to pay for something in order to get everything you paid for with the game.

Also Wii U and X1 will also improve over time. Not sure why some people try to pretend something true of all consoles since gaming began is only true of PS platforms

It's not forced, your post makes zero sense.

I thought I made it pretty clear. Sorry I will try to simplify it some how though. Lets say you buy a brnd new car but it doesnt come with tires. You are forced to buy them to get full use of your vehicle. Same thing here. If you want all the functions of the controller, you have to buy the camera. If you want full use of your games, you have to buy PS+. Its not really that hard to understand dude.

It's not hard to understand, in one case the consumer has a choice, the other they don't....it's not rocket science.

they have the OPTION to pay more for a larger experience,   they arent forced to buy all or nothing.

That is up to opinion and a persons intentions on use of the system,  some people might not care at all about kinect.   they dont want it but have to pay more.  MS can say its part of the experience, but if someone doesnt want it, they shouldnt have to have it.   to go back to the car analogy someone else used.   its like a base model,  and a luxury model, and the 4-5 in between.

I am Torgo, I take care of the place while the master is away.

"Hes the clown that makes the dark side fun.. Torgo!"

Ha.. i won my bet, but i wasnt around to gloat because im on a better forum!  See ya guys on Viz

but the PS4 will still work just fine for single player and all non motion games, so the car with no tires analogy is completly flawed.

Yeah if you dont want th multi player part of your game that you paid for sure. Tire anology works just fine. you can still use your car for a lot of things as long as you dont mind not driving. The AC Still works, Radio still works. Everything works excpet for one aspect of it. Granted it is the main point of owning one but online multi player is the main part of many games these days. BF4,COD, TitanFall, Destiny, I could go on.

A better car example...

You can buy a car without CD Player... buy and install a CD Player is your choice and not forced.

It might as well be as far as you are concerned.

Tire is not an analogy for Kinect... I can't drive without tire... I can play games without Kinect.

Then if you don't want to be part of the experience they're offering you, you should seek other options.

I don't see how something can be anti-consumer if it doesn't fit to your particulary needs as a consumer. If you don't want it, buy another thing. You have the option.

None for now... at launch none... maybe I'm wrong but no game at launch is Kinect required lol.

The biggest first-party launch title, Forza 5, didn't require Kinect.
