well, they changed the gameplay from heavy rain like interactive movie to "real" gameplay. maybe that is the reason and as long as the difference won't be too huge it won't be really a problem.

Its depressing. Really depressing. I expected Xbox One will be powerful enough to pull that level of graphics without any sweat.

Good. The game definitely looked good but always seemed a bit "clunky" to me.

If this had to be sacrificed to make the game smoother, Im all for it. This and Knack are still the only Next Gen titles Im interested in.



If they use it to optimize other parts, then I don't think it's a big deal.

That's exactly what they did.  Why waste polygons where you don't need them or no one will notice.  I bet you 80K plus is still overkill.

you can't just compare basic stats like this and draw any conclusions because of the architecture differences.

xbox's secret sauce is that triangles have 5 sides.



150k was like a overkill even if the native resolution was 1080p, Since they are going for a 900p there is no need for that much poligons.

BTW, 85k is probably the largest amount we will have in any nexgen console charecter in the "release window".
