My rig is above the recommended. I imagine those interested in this game are as well. 660 and 7870s are entry level stuff for those that care about gaming.

I should note that just because Kepler doesn't fully support DX11.1 doesn't necessarily mean that the game won't be able to take advantage of some of the CPU side features in DX11.1/Win 8 that improve performance. Which as far as I know are the features that BF4 takes advantage of. I am not 100% how compatablity and the features break down.

But... It's Windows 8! :P I don't imagine many gamers caring for Direct X exclusive features in Windows 8.

Besides, some Direct X 11.1 features will/has come to Windows 7 anyway.

Looks like I'll manage high or medium if I want a solid 60fps. PS4 version for me.

My processor should be fine, and I think my GeForce 525M might be good enough..

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

Hopefull 8.1 fixes most of the outstanding issues (read the UI changes) because the Win 8 core is actually a nice improvement over 7. Sadly almost everything they added for metro (or whatever they are calling it now) is still an anoying mess, at least on desktop. Honestly there are a lot of issues i can't belive got past usability testing as it's just a bad experiance.
