The pace on that strike!

Around the Network

Really see some discrepancy in quality today.

Bayern Munchen 4-0 Plzen
Bayer Leverkusen 4-0 Shaktar Donetsk
Anderlecht 0-5 Paris Saint Germain

Well beside the Leverkusen Shatar game.. the rich are getting richer and more powerfull against the poor.. the champions of the smaller countries are really just there to fill up the field.. doubt that financial fairplay will change it..

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)

As I understand financial fairplay is really aimed at "new money" (Chelsea, Manchester City, PSG, Malaga, etc.) with injections of outside cash to the game.  So looking at a Bayern who are completely financially viable due to massive sponsorships  not sure there is a way to reduce the gap.

not today though

Agreed, only Manchester City took it to CSKA on the day, otherwise lots of tight matches.

My surprise results were Sociedad getting a point off Manchester United, Kobenhavn beating Galatasaray and Anderlecht hold PSG to a draw.

Also, I forgot to post this a bit back.

On the flip side there is this...
