12 Mill. There is no reason that this one should outsell any of the past ones. A low 3DS install base won't help. Additionally there is evidence that Pokemon has 'jumped the shark' (I.E. Mega-evolutions). Not that I won't be getting Pokemon Y.

Anyhow, it seems my predictions are pretty high. Hopefully this game doesn't make me too mad when it comes to it's Chartz performance.
