The entertainment division seems to do well and Sony seems to be profitable again so they don't need the money from selling a stake in the entertainment division. However Daniel Loeb is right that they need to increase the performance of that division. They can't afford to have so many movie flops. They had 2 big flops last quarter and now Smurfs 2 is performing below their expectations.

If home can bring in a billion money in it's first year,If home can profit I'm sure Plus can too.

Seriously thank God this didn't go through. I love the concept of the stock market and invest myself, but cheating it to make a buck disgusts me.

They've had plenty of successes lately. Skyfall made over a billion, Grown Ups 2 is a huge hit, Smurfs may be underperforming in the US but it's doing well overseas and should make a profit. Spidey 2 will do great, as will Bond 24. Sony Pictures is fine, every studio has a few flops here and there. 

Yeah, Sounds like what the dude was trying to do. Make a a lot of money off the deal while leaving sony more damaged than they are right now. I have a hard tme trusting billionars, they didn't get that way by being nice and playing by the rules all the time. 

I wonder what Sony will do with home in the next gen, could be intresting.

yes. In  it's  first  year... Why do you think theres still new updates coming every month. After all, they charge for everything inside of it. And people get hooked on those sim like games.
