Forums - Nintendo Discussion - The "Wii U Haz No Games" Label Gone In A Month?

Not a chance. It took about 3-4 years for the PS3 to suddenly stop having no gamez.

Yet none of them are enough to justify a 350 dollar purchase.

Yeah, in contrast to Knack, Driveclub and some uprezzed multiplats for a 400$ purchase !

I don't understand what that has to do with what he said. That's still better than the Wii U's launch line-up, which was NSMB, Nintendo Land, and some late inferior ports followed by 7 months of nothingness.

Considering how long that label stuck to the PS3, I doubt it. But with all the big hitters coming out soon, the message should change to: "Phew, finally some games!"

Third party support in 2014. 350 dollars by itself is a lot when a more powerful system is at 400 dollars (analyzing the price on a spec perspective)

I beg to differ, the following are well worth the price of admission: NSMB U, Luigi U, ZombiU, Lego City Undercover, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, Batman Arkham City and Pikmin 3 before you start to think about the indie titles and VC titles available from the eShop.

Lego city and Batman are on last gen consoles. MH3 ultimate is a port with extra featres. Unless someone is a big mario fan or a lover of 2d platformers zombi U and pikmin 3 do not justify the purchase of a 350 dollar system.

I'm not saying the wii u has no games, but it doesn't yet have the experience which directly makes you go out and buy the system.

Lego City is exclusive !

I need to open links on google instead of just reading titles. I shall give you that

By this time next year the Wii U should have NSMBU, Nintendo Land, Wonderful 101, Pikmin 3, Sonic Lost World, DKC Tropical Freeze, SM3D World, Mario Kart 8, Bayonetta 2, Yoshi Yarn, Smash Bros. 4, and much much more. Anyone who says the Wii U "haz no games" at this point needs to get some serious help!

See 360, PS2, PS3, and most other systems. They have plenty of games. Most people are not happy with one 10 hour game a month. But maybe you are.

Wanting more than one Nintendo game monthly is stupid. Wanting more than one game overall is granted.

I don't know where you are pulling your info from about me, I want the Wii U to have more than one game a month. But wanting the Wii U to have more than one Nintendo game a month is ridiculous.

nah, its still very much there

I think people will say that for a while, even if it does get games.

Just look at PS3.  I agree
