That's why I didn't open mine lol I saw it for $15 on Amazon so I bought it without a second guess. I read that Hideo Kojima is pissed about the quality, and wants the game to run smoothly, so a patch was said to be inevitable. That was for the PS3 ver. I didn't hear anything about the 360 though.

That's what pissed me off. The developer did a poor job of porting the game and that turned off a lot of people. Many people decided to wait for a patch, so that's not going to contribute to sales (at this point). To Konami it just looks like poor sales. I was really sad when they decided not to make a next game in light of all of this.

That's a HUGE patch if all it does is fix the framerate. I guess they had to replace some big files entirely.
