FF XV, KH3, IF: 2nd Son, X, SMB3DW

It's because of them and the other stuff that's coming that I'll be getting at least a PS4 or Wii U by the end of 2014, or sometime in 2015.

Already got the WiiU and 3DS

WiiU - Got it for the promise of Super Smash Bros 4

X1 - Killer Instinct, Halo, and Quantum Break are the thre three main reasons. Ill also be picking up TitanFall.

PS4 - Not picking it up at launch but I do like Killzone. Nothing else has interested me yet but I believe Naughty Dog will be the ones that give me the final nudge for the PS4.

PSV - Persona 5 probably

3DS - Got it for the promise of a new mainline Pokemon. Even though i had to wait a while i have had plenty of other games to play while i wait.

Upgrading PC-  My last update was because of BattleField 3.  My next one will probably be because of an EPIC GAMES game.

I already have WiiU so all of my Nintendo franchises are covered (and Watch Dogs). Regarding the rest...

3rd party games: The only thing I'm really hyped to play so far is MGS5, mostly because I loved 4 so much. Games like The Division look great graphically, but I'm just not overly excited to play anything else announced so far, but of course that will change.

Regarding Sony and Microsoft first party stuff there's nothing they've shown that makes me want one of their consoles instead of a good gaming PC but my affinity for Uncharted (along with enough good exclusives) will likely change that.

  • Conditional: A good Metroid. Look at the new Tomb Raider, Nintendo.
PS4: 
  • FF XV
  • Witcher 3
  • (*insert 200,000 indy titles here*)
  • Conditional: Gaikai streaming service.

 

XBox Itch:
  • Project Spark
  • Conditional: A Perfect Dark that isn't enjoyably terrible.
  • XBox fans are western enough they won't even get the "itch" joke. I won't be getting this system for a LONG while.
Ah, what the heck. Handhelds.
3DS:
  • As soon as budget can possibly afford it.
Vita:
  • A Vita Go model and a price drop
  • Dissidia III
  • Offer some PS2 classics outside of Japan, please
  • Conditional: Remote Play
