How can be a console that forces its players to pay to play online be the White Knight? I'm sorry, but that title goes to the WiiU.

Not for people who care about horse power, region free consoles and strong third party support. Considering what kind of policies Microsoft had before the famous 180, the PS4 is the White Knight (relatively speaking of course). The Wii U, on the other hand, is far from that in my opinion. Even though the other two require a payment, their online infrastructure is much more promising than Nintendo's offerings at this stage. The PS4 (and XBO) appear to have a relatively large number of games for the first year, including strong third party support (unlike the Wii U in both cases). To me, the Wii U is akin to the rent a knight you use after all the others have been exhausted in battle. Not bashing the system or anything since I do like Nintendo and I intend to get one, but that's just how it looks.

But being the White Knight doesn't mean you are the most powerful
In fact, it only means to represent whatever you want to associate with its armor. In this case White tends to be the ideal of benevolence and kindness. No matter how you want to picture the other consoles, the WiiU has free online, no DRM (except for the damned Region Lock), backwards compatibility, support for indie developers, great first-party lineup and cheap.
You can argue Ps4 has some of those and do better than it, but I'll point you again to @bold !
