The original SKU, if true, had to have included more than just the camera if it was going to be $500. Gotta love "sources".

They will needs a lot more than a PS Eye to make a $499 bundle... maybe one addictional Dual Shock 4 (two in total) + PS Move + 1TB HDD.

I mean the PS Eye don't add $30 to the console costs.

Is that so?

I think a good portion of multiplatform titles will have Kinect features, most of which should be available to PS4 Eye owners aswell. And most first party titles will make sure to include some Eye functionality anyway, so in my opinion there could be quite a lot of PS4Eye support due to the Kinect.
