No, because I want to win my bet with tbone.

Also I bought New Play Control Pikmin 2 and didn't like it.

yeah cuz your "1" copy might hurt your chances

Dude what if it sells 999,999?????

Then i will buy 2 copies to round it off lol, or shall we make T-Bone sweat it out :)

I'm getting it. Pre-orders already in.

The first two are classics. Although unlike most I actually preferred the first one more.

I'm also on the "buy WiiU for Pikmin" camp.

great!!! Pikmin is definitely a game worth to buy a wiiU over!

As much as I love the Pikmin series, I can't justify buying a system for one game, especially one that probably lacks replay value like it's predecessors. Well atleast they did to me. I imagine that If I did get it + Wii U at launch, I'd beat the game 100%, mess around with it a little and do challenge modes, all of which will last a few weeks, but then afterwards the Wii U will be a dust magnet for months on end.

On one hand im sad ive never played Pikmin, but on the other im super excited to experience it for the first time. In shiny HD and touchscreen controls too.

I've never played a Pikmin game before, but this game looks fun. I hope they release a demo for it, so I can try it out, and possibly buy it.

Definitely. Mark my words, the game is going to get 90s+ reviews. I feel like Miyamoto hasn't cared this much about a game in years.

Cause of it's awesome atmosphere/setting right? Winding up stranded on an alien planet, with only a certain amount of time to escape before you die, how exciting! Pikmin 3 recaptures this feeling a bit as there's a maximum amount of time you have to explore once again.

Day 1 For me Zipster, never played it before either, love strategy games though so should be right up my street.
