I haven't done anything flashy either, infact I'm still working on upgrading my house, but there's nothing wrong with that! Like you said the game can played at your own pace which makes it so awesomes!

Feels like 90% of the people who play this game are girls! Seriously, for every ten ladys I meet at the island, I meet like one guy! Not that I'm complaining about that or anything! xD

I don't want this thread to die either. I just need to get my town in order, it's a real mess right now. I wish you could do two ordinances, I'd do beautiful town and night owl, because when you go away for a while and your town falls apart, it just makes you want to stay away longer, so you need beautiful town, but I play too late to not have night owl. The stores close and my inventory becomes unmanageable due to not having anywhere to sell excess stuff, and the game eventually becomes unplayable. Night owl solves that problem for me, at least for as late as I tend to want to stay up.

Just time travel then! Set the time on your 3DS a few hours back, and the game clock will follow!

I just restarted my town a week ago. It would be nice if somebody had some fruit thats not Apples or Oranges. My FC is 3566-1534-8595. Thanks
