It has. You can dress as a chicken and make orgies with same-sex individues without protection while still dressed.

Well, there's a game in which the character is permanetly dressed as a chicken. Heck, the entire game revolves around chickens xD.

As for same-sex relationships, Fallout 2 had done it way before .
