I have a 360/PS3 setup with an HDTV and 5.1 sound. I was thinking of upgrading to 7.1 when I bought my new receiver a few months back but decided that not enough stuff uses it yet.
Or check out my new webcomic: http://selfcentent.com/
cough cough *checkboxes*
Mine is 360/PS3/HDTV (1080i)
no idea on the sound
I have a Wii on a 29´ SDTV with component cables (yes, it looks better). I wish I could buy a HDTV (is really expensive here).
WiiPC
Wii and X360 (and PS2, and Dreamcast, and Xbox, and, err, Saturn) hooked up to a 23" 720P widescreen HDTV, and soon to be hooked up to a 5.1 speaker set. Right now, I mostly just use my Sennheisers for sound.
"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."
