IDK, all I've seen of and read about the graphics was pretty average.

I don't think people expect great graphics from this game, just good enough graphics with good atmosphere.

It's just that this game was going to be the (I think) first third party game to be launched for all platforms at the same time as well as being developed for all consoles at the same time and by the same people, so it could be used to compare the WiiU version to the Xbox360 and PS3 ones in a more even way both in terms of sales as well as tech capabilities.

And now it turns out that the WiiU version is made by another developer and that it will launch later.

Please excuse my bad English.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet    Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

Because the guy from Gearbox was talking this up as the definitive version of the game, cleanly superior to the PS360 versions. Which suddenly becomes a late, outsourced port...

Fuck you, Gearbox. Seriously.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Oh well. Guess I'll be waiting a bit longer for this game. I'm definitely purchasing for wii u.

I haven´t been following news about the game, so the story is that we were all led to believe Gearbox was developing the Wii U version, is that right?

And that it would be clearly superior to other versions, yes.

To be fair, they never did promise a simultaneous launch. So sales might not be that impacted, since they've built a fair bit of hype amongst Wii U owners.

Yeah, as long as it makes good use of the Gamepad features...which I honestly doubt right now.

That might still be the case......right?

If it's been outsourced?

I can only hope they want it to be good and stand out onthe WiiU so people will buy it. With shorter dev ti.e they may need to work on it longer.

I hope you're right, but outsourcing a game to a 3rd party developer isn't a good sign in most cases. Oh well, we have to trust Gearbox for now.
