Sales on the hardware front are declining though. Almost 36% down compared to last year's sales, makes one worry.

great for 360 on the software front. too bad its about to drop to 3rd place in hardware though.

no i think its just that xbox is the biggest gaming brand in the US now and halo is ma-husive.

If it was the biggest brand, it would sell consistently throughout the year as well.

It does. We are talking about the US. It's been the best selling console in the US for almost 2 years, each and every month, month in, month out.
