Thats hardly a viable point now and for the last few years. Bluray players alone are much cheaper so now its safe to assume a PS3 bought for the bluray will buy at least a few games.

PC get's pirated more. Nintendo and Sony has been hit with piracy problems as well. It sucks but it is a reality but I'd hardly say any of them are safe from piracy. The only console that was literally killed by piracy was the PSP

Considering that both the 360 and PS3 are used more as media hubs than gaming consoles and we already know that the PS3 is the most used medium for watching netflix, the point Max brings up is more than valid.

Kind of a stretch isn't it Sales? Also, I like JayWood. He's an Xbox fan but unlike some unnamed others he's reasonable.

There is a lot of overlap between the two. Many people pirate games just to play them early and later on buy them. Also why the heck do people think stolen copies apply when comparing software sales? If anything this makes the 360 worse, not better.
