Wii U is next gen," Devil May Cry" and "Remember me" are made for this gen. With respect to Monster 3nter 3Ultimate, I think they want to test water again but now with an HD version. that franchise has prove to be good on Japan, but not nearly as well on the rest of the world.

Good. Honestly, I'm happy that the Nintendo fans on this forum are getting some use out of the late ports which have come out for Wii-U, but realistically, they were never going to sell well to anyone outside of Nintendo-only console buyers. What Wii-U does need is new games being released concurrently with the other two systems.

About MH3U, I think that was just Capcom testing the waters with the gamepad for the inevitable MH4U, but I also suspect Nintendo paid... I mean err, "made a deal" with Capcom for the release. They know how much a Monster Hunter game would help in Japan, and aside from Mario & NintendoLand there wasn't much in the launch line-up to appeal over there. Smart move by both sides really.

What classifies as a late port for Capcom? Devil May Cry has not been released yet, it is fair game? Lost Planet 3? Resident Evil 6 is just a few months old, could they make RE6 gold edition for the Wii U?

DMC is out in just over a week for other platforms so that would make it a late port because a U version would be coming after the initial release same with RE6.
