Forums - Gaming Discussion - People trading in WiiU..

They are obviously trading them in since Nintendo was smart enough to avoid supply shortages this time around, thus nullifying their chances of selling it for a profit on eBay.

Why would they trade them in, if they weren't opened? I'm sure at the time of the release of the Wii U in the states, they had the new years return policy.  The policy that lets you return an item after a set date in January, if the item is still sealed. At least I know GameStop does it.

I wrote in another thread the same thing.  Most users here just dont get it.  Scalpers are not dumb, the majority still have Christmas receipts, most receipts are good until mid/late january for full returns.

I personally couldn't justify owning a Wii U yet because there simply isn't anything unique enough for me to own one so if someone gave me it as a gift I wouldn't trade it in because that would be rude to the giver but I understand those who would.

Tease.

wheres did they return it, so i can buy it...would i get a small discount?

I though it was obvious that I wasn't serious.

My bad, I guess.

So why does this matter?

Pesmerga7551, ASK DEVELOPERS IF THEY KNOW HOW TO PROGRAM FOR GPGPU BASED-ARCHITECTURE COMPUTERS. THEN YOU WILL HAVE YOUR ANSWER THAT WHY GAMES LOOK NO DIFFERENT FROM PS3 OR XBOX360. WHEN PS4 IS OUT WITH THE SAME ARCHITECTURE THEN WE WILL SEE IF XBOX CAN SURVIVE CONSIDERING 90% OF ITS GAMES ARE PORTS.

Lol i guess some just wanted to try it out and didn't like it, i remember guys at school buying a 360 just to play COD BO online and some of them sucked so bad they hated the game and tried to sell it after a week or so.
