They do have quite a number of industry vets on their team (Ex Blizzard and Naughty Dog employees) and are currently ramping up their headcount.

99% chance they're working on a PS4 exclusive.

Ready at Dawn’s Ru Weerasuriya was featured in the video of developers at the PS4 meeting. Everytime they've hired people, they advertised as "next gen console". Not consoles.

-It's a new IP.

-3rd person

-Action/Adventure like Uncharted..... “It’s the kind of game we’re going to make,” Weerasuriya said of Uncharted. “I’m just glad they did it first. It should prove to everybody it’s doable and it’s worth doing that kind of stuff.”

-The last game they developed was Ghost of Sparta, which came out in mid-2010. Whatever they've been working on, it's been in development for quite some time.

-Ready at Dawn turned down working on GoW Vita (according to a post at neogaf: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=467252 )

-Will be at the forefront of next-gen Launch (E3 reveal and early 2014 release maybe?)

An uncharted like game will be awesome.
