Yes and Gears sells more average per game so what is your point? Both are popular so to make it less confusing put God of War.

Just go ahead and make a gears gow thread in the MS section and see if anyone is stupid enough to confuse it to god of war on xbox >_>

let's not make this into a sales argument.  God of War had the GoW title long before Gears which can easily be abbreviated like that.  Also GoW is awesome so there.

Not what Im trying to do.  Im saying they are both popular and use the acronym GoW so the thread should say God of War.  Then you can use the acronym GoW all you want because then everybody knows what you are talking about in the thread

I've known what the thread was about the whole time.  i chose Zeus, and I dont really understand why me simply stating change the thread name to God of War has anything to do with me being confused. It is a simple suggestion because they are both popular.  

So let me say this in a way you will understand.  I know what the OP says.  I voted in the OP.  I know this is a God of War thread.  BUT you shouldn't be so lazy by making your title GoW because no reputable site or title uses acronyms, so stop being so defensive and relax.

The thread is fine. The thread title is fine. No one with two brain cells should be confused what the OP means for various reasons. It's not rocket science.
