lol, don't forget multiple people people can do the same search multiple time so i'd say this data is inaccurate for both system.

and i'm sure the most of those searches come from the U.S..

Take this thread with a grain of salt but dont make excuses.  It stated right in the article that Google's trends are accurate.  This doesn't prove anything but the excuses are annoying.  Post something to the thread that is intelligent or conversation worthy.

All this really shows is that there is more initial interest for the next xbox than the next playstation. Initial sales for the xbox could very well be much higher, but who wins next gen will clearly be decided by who offers the games and features the majority of people want at the price they are willing to pay.

this

The last graph shows that it's fluctuating. These trends are based on which ever one has the hottest rumour... When they both get announced at E3 it should be interesting.

this doesn't meaning anything. it's just searches. i could make 7 searchs for nextbox and 2 for PS4. there's your discrepancy. ur proof.

That is what google is stating in the first place, that people are more interested in the 720.  Things could change during announcements from both of them. So you can relax now.

Why are you being so defensive?  It just shows interest in a console from people.  You are not showing proof.  there is 6 billion people in this world or did you miss that part?  And I don't believe that it shows that 720 will crush the PS4.  That was just the name of the article.  It just shows interest is all.  And as many stated this is because rumors are more current with the 720 right now.  PS4 will go up during PS4 rumors

Who shal I believe?  Google or random vgchartz member?

No, actually, not really...

relax. i've been relaxed. i thought we were just talking from 2 diferent view points. it's sad you wanted to turn it into something more.

Wait why is this surprising? obviously there will be more searches on the next xbox because that's where most of the info/rumors have been coming. We are relatively pretty clueless about the next PS compared to the durango.

This means absolutely nothing

neither. i'm not being defensive. just make an observation. stay off the offense and just focus on having a conversation about the data. is that so hard?

i'm not here to debate, argue, or defend anything. just making a simple observation.
